Hello again!
I promise this post will not be so intimidating (Hadleigh likes writing).
We did rehears for a few hours today, but it was mainly a set and lighting day, really.
The scenes we have been over are great, they are funny and things happen... if only we knew our lines!
Costume is getting there, we have the main things (maybe not for Hadleigh as the ex-military guy yet) and set is done.
The ending is being worked on in this present moment (I believe), and that is the most pressing matter right now... as well as lines.
I have, this evening, as I felt the pressure of "public opinion" on me, done some little things that needed doing; like for example:
- Found email adresses and telephone numbers to all the English teachers at Sannarp.
- Emailed those said individuals, mentioning what play and when, and who is doing it.
- Updated the performance schedule on balansera.blogg with recent changes as well as:
- Sent an email to Maggan about exact times for our performances
- Updated the props and set list, and copied the criteria for "Röst & rörelse" for printing
- Made a quick draft for eventual... ehm.... eh... programmes? is that what it's called..?
And I am now working on translating the analysis, because somehow it annoyed me that parts of it were in English and some in Swedish.
Very personal post this one, sorry for that, but I'm sure we'll make a joint one soon!
